Semantic Web and Live SEO

The Semantic Web and SEO – Live

Let's talk?

first came into contact with SEO

Having more contact with professionals from outside Brazil than from here.

For a while I went to events (in Rio and some in Porto Alegre) and met some people, exchanged ideas, but over time, that faded away.

Now, with the pandemic and isolation, came the need to create something that reconnects me with people who are passionate about SEO, whether they are experts in the field, website marketing professionals , it doesn't matter!

What really matters is continuing to talk to people, sharing what I've learned, and learning from experience .

So what did I decide to do? I created:

The Semantic Web and SEO – Live

This stemmed from necessity, combined with something I already needed to do: create content that explained the type of SEO I do, what we call Semantic , created for a Web .

So, I'm extending an invitation to you:

I created the first version of this material, which will generate a series of conversations, via YouTube, about Semantic SEO and the Semantic Web .

The initial idea is to help business owners improve their website and use SEO to generate more business . As interaction progresses, I will make changes, adapt, and share it again.

The broadcast took place on Friday, August 7, 2020, at 4 PM.

It's going to be something casual, just a conversation. Through this live stream on YouTube, I'll present the content for you to practice and watch later to see what you need to improve. And if anyone is interested in participating, I'll be there to chat about SEO, look at your website, and help you get ideas on how to optimize it, and so on.

For those who prefer, I've uploaded the presentation to SlideShare:

These initial tests will be like this, and then I'll move forward from there.

So, if you want to participate, leave a comment here and I'll let you know if anything changes, okay?

Hello, I'm Alexander Rodrigues Silva, SEO specialist and author of the book "Semantic SEO: Semantic Workflow". I've worked in the digital world for over two decades, focusing on website optimization since 2009. My choices have led me to delve into the intersection between user experience and content marketing strategies, always with a focus on increasing organic traffic in the long term. My research and specialization focus on Semantic SEO, where I investigate and apply semantics and connected data to website optimization. It's a fascinating field that allows me to combine my background in advertising with library science. In my second degree, in Library and Information Science, I seek to expand my knowledge in Indexing, Classification, and Categorization of Information, seeing an intrinsic connection and great application of these concepts to SEO work. I have been researching and connecting Library Science tools (such as Domain Analysis, Controlled Vocabulary, Taxonomies, and Ontologies) with new Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Large-Scale Language Models (LLMs), exploring everything from Knowledge Graphs to the role of autonomous agents. In my role as an SEO consultant, I seek to bring a new perspective to optimization, integrating a long-term vision, content engineering, and the possibilities offered by artificial intelligence. For me, SEO work is a strategy that needs to be aligned with your business objectives, but it requires a deep understanding of how search engines work and an ability to understand search results.

Interesting text to start new readings. I am a law student and I am getting into research on the use of data and the relationships arising from the 'new' Web (Digital Law). Thank you for sharing.
