Traffic

Traffic refers to the people (and sometimes bots) who visit your website.

Search traffic

Visits are sent to your websites from search like Google .

Qualified traffic

When traffic is "qualified," it generally means that the visit is relevant to the intended topic of the page. Therefore, the visitor is more likely to find the content useful and convert.

Referral traffic

Traffic sent to a website from another website. For example, suppose your website receives visits from people who click on your website from a link on Facebook. In this case, Google Analytics will attribute this traffic as “facebook.com/referral” in the source/medium report.
